disappointment is..

when you literally feel your heart sink.
when you try to fool yourself from believing the inevitable, but deep down you know the truth.
when you don't know whether to cry, scream or remain silent.
when you sigh both externally and internally.
when you give your all and get minimal in return.
when you've been here...many times before.

probably my most felt emotion.
